The apartment it's inserted in a complex located in a very central area. This apartment is situated in a privileged location with all amenities in the surroundings, such as bakery, supermarkets,, restaurantes and much more. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxed. It also has a swimming pool and a very pleasant outdoor area, and also has a garage. Praia do Forte de São João is only 900 meters away, and The Strip and the center of Albufeira are just a few minutes' walk away.

The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning (brand new, installed in June 2024), making it ideal for year-round holiday rentals. It is decorated with comfort and good taste, the internet is fiber optic, the television is Smart TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped. This apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one en suite with a bathtub, and the other bathroom with a shower. In the living room you can also find a double sofa bed.

The location couldn't be better, as all facilities are easily reachable on foot, such as bakery, supermarket., etc. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the historic center of Albufeira. At the same time you can enjoy the rest of the residential area in which the apartment is located. The beaches of São Rafael, Galé and Salgados are just a few minutes away by car. Salgados golf courses are also just a few minutes away.

The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights.
