Apartment Nur is just in front of the beach located in one of the most beautiful parts of Mallorca. Apartment occupies an enviable position in the heart of the Puerto Pollensa and it is only a few kilometres from the lovely historic town of Pollensa as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente. It is ideal to enjoy a nice holiday in the beach in a tourist environment with the family or friends.

The property is on a ground floor and a maximum capacity of 5 people, this modern and comfortable accommodation has everything you need to spend a lovely vacation. A Paradise next to the sea!

This apartment is in a privileged enclave at only few steps away from the crystal clear waters of Puerto Pollensa beach. A beach of fine white sand and warm waters equipped with all facilities, sun beds, umbrellas, water sports, beach bars and restaurants on the beach, plus a walk that runs along the bay to enjoy the surroundings.

The combined living and dining area has comfortable sofas, ornamental fireplace, and a flat screen TV. There are a set of patio doors from the living area open onto the shaded terrace overlooking the sea.

There is a modern kitchen; it is well equipped with modern appliances and ample worktop space. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

Apartment Nur has 3 bedrooms; they are all decorated in cool tones. There is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room near the kitchen. And the other two are located along the hallway directly opposite the entrance and living space. One is double bed bedroom and the other one is a single bed bedroom. Next to these 2 rooms there is another bathroom.

Outside, apartment Nur has all the ingredients needed for a relaxing family holiday. A dining table and chairs are shaded from the sun, accompanied with BBQ perfect for enjoying your meal, alfresco style. You also have a wonderful outdoor sofa and after meals you can enjoy fantastic sea views and relax comfortably.
