This villa, of modern style, with capacity for 14 people has more than 300m2 of built surface, 2500m2 of plot, is comfortable and very welcoming.

It has 6 bedrooms. On the main floor, we can find 4 bedrooms. The first one (with a 160 x 200 bed) is bright and has built-in wardrobes.

The second bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, built-in wardrobes and large windows with views of the garden and the mountain. The third bedroom (with a 140 x 200 bed), has built-in wardrobes and large windows with views of the garden.

The fourth bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, built-in wardrobes and large windows with views of the garden and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

On this same floor we can find another fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray.

Moreover, dining room with a large table for 14 diners, large windows with access to the terrace with views of the pool and the valley.

Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants near your house), you might want to cook some day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen in question is very practical and modern.

It has a microwave oven, 1 freezer fridge, filter coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, fryer, various kitchen utensils, extractor hood, kitchen utensils and lots of storage space. Additionally, washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board. You won't need anything else!

The ground floor consists of a double bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, built-in wardrobes and large windows with access to the garden. A second bedroom for children with four 90 x 200 beds, large windows with access to the garden and many games to avoid getting bored. On this same floor we can find a fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray, living-dining room with very comfortable sofas, fireplace, Smart TV 65' 4k, large windows with access to the large terrace. On it we can find a table for 14 people and direct access to the pool and garden.

Villa Arenas has a gas barbecue area in the garden, large 14 x 7 illuminated swimming pool, sun loungers, a pergola with tables and chairs next to the pool, parking within the property, large garden, children's area, trampoline, ping pong table, basketball hoop and many relaxation areas to enjoy a good book or simply to rest
