Would you like to enjoy a beautiful villa 15 minutes from the beach? We have the perfect place for you! Villa El Oasis! It is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars while being in a quiet environment.

This spectacular villa with capacity for 12 people has 700m2 of built surface area, 3000m2 of plot, and is comfortable and very cosy.

It has 5 bedrooms. On the main floor, we can find 3 of them. The first one (with a 140 x 200 bed) and a single bed (90x190cm) is very spacious and bright. It has built-in wardrobes with mirrors, large windows, air conditioning and heating, and a bathroom with a shower tray.

The second bedroom, with a 140 x 200 bed, is very bright and offers views of the property's park and the valley. It has built-in wardrobes and air conditioning and heating. The third bedroom (with a 140 x 200 bed) and a single bed 90x190cm has built-in wardrobes and large windows with access to a small balcony.

In this same floor we can find a fully equipped bathroom, spacious and with a shower tray and a toilet. In addition to an office area to be able to work.

It also has a dining room at different levels divided by a beautiful fireplace (only decorative). In the living room area, we find a comfortable sofa, TV, 300 MB fibre internet and an impressive spiral staircase. In the dining area we can find a table for 10 diners. From the living room we access another floor where we will find the other double bedroom with two 140x200 beds with an en-suite bathroom, plus an extra toilet. In addition to large windows with direct access to the large terrace. From there, the views of the garden and the Guadalhorce valley are incredible!

Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants near your house), you might want to cook some day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen in question is very practical and modern (renovated in May 2023)

It has a microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and storage area. You won't need anything else!

But that's not all! This same floor, completely open, features a second very well-equipped kitchen (beer tap not available), toilet and bathroom with shower tray, living room with a very comfortable sofa overlooking the pool, gym and laundry room with iron and ironing board.
We also thought about older people who cannot climb stairs and for them, you can find a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) with an en-suite bathroom with shower tray, without needing to go upstairs.

The property has private parking within the property but outdoors, for multiple cars.
