Located within the town of Alhaurín de la Torre, in the prestigious urb. El Lagar and just 5 minutes by car from the town centre and 15 minutes from the airport, Málaga capital and the beaches of Torremolinos.

The villa is distributed over two floors in the following manner:

MAIN PLANT

* KITCHEN: on the main floor we find a beautiful independent kitchen with a modern design with the following equipment: 3 ovens, 3 refrigerators with freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, 1 induction hob, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 mixer, complete crockery and cutlery. We also find an island with 6 stools, a table with capacity for up to 16 diners. From this room we have direct access to the garden through 2 large windows.

* LOUNGE: a spacious and bright room featuring an L-shaped sofa for up to 6 people, 85' TV with international channels as well as several individual armchairs.

* BEDROOM 1: It is the only room in the property that can be accessed without climbing any stairs and which is suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired persons. It features a double bed of 150x200, wardrobe, mirror and a complete en-suite bathroom.

* BATHROOM: full bathroom with shower located on the main floor (including hairdryer)

* CLEANING: cleaning in the main plant.

FIRST FLOOR

* BEDROOM 2: can be considered the main bedroom of the house and consists of 1 double bed 150x200, two-seater sofa, spacious wardrobe and complete en-suite bathroom. (including hairdryer)

* BEDROOM 3: consists of 1 double bed 150x200, flat screen TV, wardrobe and mirror. Plenty of space in this room.

* BEDROOM 4: consists of 1 double bed 150x200, desk for working, wardrobe, mirror and access to a 40 square metre terrace with relaxation area and panoramic views.

* BEDROOM 5: consists of 1 double bed 150x200, built-in wardrobe and mirror.

* BEDROOM 6: consists of 2 single beds of 90x190, TV with flat screen, wardrobe and mirror.

* BEDROOM 7: consists of 1 bunk bed + two single beds of 90x190, flat screen TV, board games, video games for children, wardrobe.

* BATHROOMS: additionally, on the main floor, we will find two additional full bathrooms. Completely new and renovated, just like the rest of the house. (They have a hairdryer)

EXTERIOR

* Parking within the plot for up to 5 cars, without ramps or unevenness.
* The electricity for the house is obtained through solar panels, we contribute to clean and sustainable energy.
* Porch with a sofa set for 6 people.
* Swimming pool of 4x10 metres.
* There are 8 sunbeds next to the pool for sunbathing. (provides pool towels).
* Ping-pong table and basketball hoop.
* Barbecue area with table and seats in a shaded area with a very pleasant temperature.
* When night falls, there are automatic lights outside and in the pool.
* Throughout the house, there is air conditioning by aerothermy/airzone and WIFI connection via fibre optics.
* The villa has 3 cameras outside the house. One at the entrance, another behind the house, and another at the car entrance.
