The exterior of the house features a fenced garden, private swimming pool and barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The plot includes garden furniture, children's play area and open-air parking in the same building. Tranquillity and privacy are guaranteed in this space surrounded by nature and mountain views.

On the top floor, the jewel of the house: a spacious bedroom with a private terrace, double bed and en suite bathroom with a shower tray, which guarantees warm rest and impressive views.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating, mosquito nets on all windows, washing machine, dryer and fireplace so you can enjoy all seasons of the year in complete comfort.
