This two-story villa with several terraces can be rented either partially
(apartment Casita Palmera with two bedrooms on the ground floor) or entirely (5
bedrooms and 4 bathrooms).

There is a heated indoor swimming pool (equipped with jet stream for cardio
fitness), which, when the sliding doors are open, feels like an outdoor pool.
Heating (in winter from November 1 to May 1) is available for an additional
daily fee.

On the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning),
three bathrooms, three toilets, a living room (also air-conditioned), and two
kitchens. There is also the indoor pool (with jet stream), where the second
kitchen is located, with a lounge seating area and sunbed balcony.

The first floor (also accessible by elevator/wheelchair-friendly) has a
master bedroom (air-conditioned) with en suite bathroom, a separate guest
toilet, and a spacious living-dining room (air-conditioned). From the living
room, you step through sliding doors onto the large outdoor terrace with sea
and mountain views, an outdoor counter, sink, washing machine, and a large
Broil King BBQ. Adjacent to the living room is a study/reading nook (separated
by glass sliding doors), ideal for working from home. The modern open kitchen
with Bosch appliances features a large panoramic window with sea view and a
spacious pantry with countertop, sink, and dryer. Plenty of windows throughout
the house let in lots of light. Both upstairs and downstairs there are multiple
terraces/seating areas and balconies around the house, allowing you to follow
the sun throughout the day. Electric awnings are installed both upstairs and
downstairs.

The villa boasts a beautiful Mediterranean garden with many palm trees and
various fruit trees and is located in a quiet urbanization, just 500 meters
from the charming village of Altea la Vella. Here you'll find several
restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The quiet (pebble) beach of La Olla is
less than 3 km away, and the picturesque town of Altea – also known as “The
Pearl of the Costa Blanca,” famous for its white streets and basilica on the
hilltop – is 4 km away. The villa lies at the foot of the Sierra de Bernia, an
impressive mountain range ideal for beautiful hikes, with stunning views of the
Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Altea. The area is perfect for hiking,
cycling, mountain biking, and golfing. Golf club Altea "Don Cayo" (9 holes) is
only 2 km from the villa in Altea La Vella. Several beautiful 18-hole courses
can be found around Benidorm (15 minutes by car).
