INTERIOR

From the parking area you access a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and a practical breakfast corner. The kitchen connects to a large dining and living area with TV space and several sofas for relaxing. From here, double doors lead to a covered outdoor terrace with lounge furniture and to the main entrance, with wide steps leading down to the garden and tiled driveway.

A staircase from the living room leads to the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony with beautiful views over the pool, garden and the Altea coastline. Two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each with their own bathroom with shower, are located on a lower level with access to the covered terrace and the spacious pool area surrounded by olive trees and green gardens.

On a lower level there is a lovely fully furnished studio with living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and direct access to the barbecue area and the garden. In addition, on the upper level there is another independent studio with living room, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and a terrace offering spectacular views of the sea and the old town of Altea.

EXTERIOR

The villa is set on a 2,000 m² plot with an exquisite garden and a private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 metres with Roman steps. There is a built-in barbecue area and several terraces ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. The property offers parking space within the plot for up to four vehicles and the entire property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security.

Located in a privileged residential area approximately 1 km from Don Cayo Golf Course, the villa offers a peaceful environment surrounded by nature with beautiful landscapes and open views of the sea and the mountains.
