Moreover, you will be just 500 metres from the well-known La Garita Beach, one of the most appreciated beaches in the area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the ocean. Within a few minutes' walk, you will also find the spectacular natural pools of Arrieta, a perfect spot for swimming and contemplating the volcanic landscape.

The apartment is located at street level and features a private terrace with outdoor furniture, an ideal space to start the day with a breakfast in the sun, enjoy a moment of reading or relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine while feeling the tranquillity of the surroundings.

Inside you will find a comfortable, bright and functional space. It has a spacious living room with television, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island, and a fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and everything necessary for you to feel at home.

The accommodation has two bright bedrooms. One has a single bed, while the second has two single beds placed together, forming a comfortable and spacious space for rest. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes for greater convenience during your stay.

The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, designed to offer greater comfort and practicality during your holiday.
