The apartment is completely renovated and tastefully decorated. Outside is the pool, with sun loungers, pool chairs and a small table. An area with an Argentine barbecue and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and a bathroom with shower; all of it communal. There are stairs to access the apartment. The tenants on the upper floor must go through the terrace to access the pool. It does not have parking. You can park on the street without problem. The apartment has Wi-Fi.
