This property is situated on an area of approximately 3,000m2, surrounded by lush green spaces and groves, mainly palm trees, olive trees and conifers. It rises 160 metres above sea level, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Mount Calamorro.
Villa Las Coníferas consists of a main house and a guest house, both modern, functional and of high quality, which together total 300m2, plus the covered parking, and are configured as follows:
MAIN HOUSE (MAIN FLOOR)
* Kitchen: a perfect space to put your best recipes into practice. It has a wide countertop with 2 ceramic hobs, including 4 cooking zones. Among the existing equipment, we find an oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, complete crockery and cutlery. It is worth noting that all appliances are of high quality and are in perfect working order, not a single detail is missing. On the other hand, it enjoys beautiful views of the garden.
* Living Room: spacious room with a 3-seater sofa, 2 individual puff-type seats and a central seat for 2 people. You can enjoy a moment of relaxation watching the 55-inch Samsung Curve TV or reading a book in our relaxing armchair with views of the pool and garden. It has A/C and a fireplace, as well as direct access to the terrace.
* Bedroom A: this is the main bedroom of the villa and has a double bed, Samsung Curve TV, A/C, radiator, automatic blinds and a relaxing armchair where you can enjoy a pleasant rest while contemplating the views of the pool. There is a desk/work table, a mini kitchen with a fridge, sink, kettle and cutlery. To store clothes, there is a large 12-door wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with air conditioning, radiator, washbasin, mirror, jacuzzi bath and shower.
* Bedroom B: spacious bedroom with views of the garden with a double bed, TV, A/C, radiator and a large 5-door walk-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, washbasin, WC and shower.
* Hall/Distributor: room we find when entering the house, which distributes us to the 2 rooms we have on the main floor and to the living room, kitchen, as well as the basement area.
MAIN HOUSE (BASEMENT)
* Bedroom C: spacious bedroom with views of the garden with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, radiator and several wardrobes for clothing organisation. Additionally, there is a small living room with TV, sofa and a kitchenette with fridge, sink, coffee maker, kettle and cutlery. En-suite bathroom with air conditioning, radiator, washbasin, WC and shower.
* Toilet: just below there is a shower room with WC and washbasin.
GUEST HOUSE
* Kitchen: a perfect space to put your best recipes into practice. It has a beautiful countertop with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, complete crockery and cutlery. It is worth noting that all appliances are of high quality and are in perfect working condition. This space is combined with a relaxation area with TV, 2-seater sofa, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
* Bedroom D: a spacious room with a double bed, TV and desk, with access to a beautiful and functional sauna with an en-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, sink, toilet and shower.
* Gym with sports machines, weights and mats, TV and a/c, and direct access to the garden.
* Bedroom E: has a double bed, TV, ceiling fan and radiator. For clothing organisation, there is a walk-in wardrobe with 2 doors. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, sink, mirror and shower.
* Toilet: a shower room with WC and sink.
Additional Studio Apartment
The house has a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, fan, and air conditioning. It has a full bathroom with a shower. The apartment has an additional patio where the washing machine and laundry space are located.
EXTERIOR
* We have an enormous garden that surrounds the entire house and offers views of the mountain and part of the Benalmádena coast. It has several relaxation areas within the terrace.
* Pool with Jet Swim Counter-Current Swimming.
* Barbecue Area.
* Clients should know that the maintenance person passes daily from Monday to Friday for garden and pool maintenance.
* For the pool, they have 6 sun loungers and there is a large table for 10 diners if they wish to eat outside.
* Optional Heated Pool (from 350 euros per week),
Car Park
* The property has 3 private parking spaces located at the entrance of the villa.
There is WiFi connection available throughout the property, as well as centralised air conditioning and private locks on all rooms.
We also have a sound system throughout the main house.
