Mediterranean-style villa with views of the mountains and other urbanizations, located in the Montemar urbanization, Benissa, in a residential area surrounded by villas in a very calm and quiet street. The closest beach is Cala Baladrar, in Benissa Costa, which is about 3.5 km from the house. In the city of Benissa, if you come by car, there are all the important supermarkets.
