VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL FOR 8 PEOPLE IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) DISTRIBUTION: The villa of about 250m2 is distributed on 2 floors, communicated by an external staircase. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with single beds) and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower one of them en suite and another bathroom with bathtub). A living room with sofa, fireplace, dining room with access to a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. On the upper floor a terrace to enjoy the views of the sea and the Natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach. On the ground floor, pool level, we have a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large open plan kitchen with bar. OUTSIDE: This property has a large plot of 1200m2, a garden with palm trees, plants, different trees and natural grass. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, built in barbecue and a space to park our vehicles. LOCATION: It is located in the quiet urbanization of Benissa, called Montemar, from where we enjoy magnificent views. Close to the coast of Benissa, where there are many coves with crystal clear waters and just a stone's throw from the well known towns of Calpe and Moraira.
