To rent in Benissa in Costa Blanca this spacious and bright villa with private pool and sea view, tastefully furnished and decorated. The villa is located in a very quiet and central area, 2 minutes by car from La Fustera beach and various coves of Benissa playa, on the Costa Blanca. From the living room and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea. Within a few minutes drive we find several restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Only 5 km separate us from the center of Calpe, which has become an attractive point of interest for those looking for a relaxing and sunny holiday along the coast. The popular tourist town of Moraira is 10 km from the villa. Sun worshipers can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool, surrounded by a large terrace, with garden furniture and hammocks, a built-in barbecue with table and stone benches for dining alfresco with family or friends. In addition, a tropical garden surrounds the entire villa. The accommodation has two floors: entrance into a large bright living room with TV + DVD + A/C and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. To one side of the living room there are two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, both with A/C, sharing a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the other side a bedroom with A/C and private shower. Next to the dining room, an internal staircase leads to the upper level with 1 double bedroom with A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, which gives access to a balcony with sea view. The villa has central heating for the winter months, a closed garage and parking for 4 cars.
