Villa with incredible views of the sea and the rock of Calpe, located in Benimarco, Benissa, in a residential area surrounded by villas in a very quiet and silent street. The closest beach is Cala Baladrar, in Benissa Costa, which is about 3.5 km from the house. In the city of Benissa, if you come by car, there are all the important supermarkets. Likewise, the whole area is full of magnificent restaurants to enjoy our appreciated gastronomy. From Villa Aguila you can travel in a few minutes to the neighboring cities of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira. The house is a villa with two floors, of which only the first floor entering the plot is for rent, the second floor ( below the first floor and closer to the pool ) is closed as it is a private area for the owners, when arriving at the house there is an entrance that leads on one side to a garage closed where you can park both inside and outside, and another door to access to the house, upon entering, there is a small hall and to the left is the kitchen, equipped with oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker American coffee, toaster, kettle, cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, pans, etc). To the right of the entrance hall is the spacious and bright living room with an impressive window from which you can see the entire mountain, the sea in the background and Calpe with its emblematic Rock. The living room has a dining table with capacity for six people, television, Wi-Fi, a sofa and two armchairs. To the left of the living room there is a corridor and on the left hand side we find a restroom with a toilet and sink, the next door is the bathroom, with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet, and next to the bathroom there is a bedroom with two single beds, side tables and a closet, at the end of the corridor, there is a small storage room with cleaning equipment, ironing board and vacuum cleaner, and on the right of the corridor we find a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and side tables, and a window with views onto a naya, from which you can see the beautiful views of the sea, then there is another bedroom with an double bed, table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and another window that overlooks a naya, also with sea views. To go outside, in the dining room there is a door that leads to a glazed naya from which you can enjoy the magnificent views of this property, in the naya there are two armchairs, a table with capacity for six people and another smaller table with capacity for four people, from the naya there is another door that leads to a small terrace where there are spiral stairs to go down to the second floor and the pool. After going down a rather steep and long staircase, you reach the pool (without heating), which again has spectacular views, there is an outdoor shower, and on the other side, you find the barbecue with a table and stone benches, both the barbecue and the table are covered by a wooden roof, so you can eat in the shade. There are two stairs on both sides of the house to go down to the pool. The house has a fireplace in the dining room, but it does not have air conditioning or radiators in the bedrooms or bathrooms. This charming villa is surrounded by trees, plants, and flowers that give it a lot of privacy from the houses on both sides. Next to the garage there are ropes for hanging clothes and from that side, there are the other stairs to go down to the pool. This villa has a decoration with a lot of character, it is very bright, and you will not be able to stop admiring the views!
