Villa with private pool for 4 people in Benissa, (Costa Blanca) Situated on the beautiful coast of Benissa, a few minutes from its wonderful beaches and coves, also a few minutes drive from the neighbouring towns of Calpe and Moraira, where you can enjoy our appreciated gastronomy as well as various places of leisure. It is situated in a quiet urbanization, it is a cosy villa for 4 people with magnificent sea views. The villa has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with independent ceramic hob but connected through a bar and an arch to its cosy living room, this living room has air conditioning. Outside there is a semi-enclosed terrace-terrace where you can enjoy both in winter and summer. The villa has an enclosed plot, with a nice garden where you will find a portable barbecue and a large space to relax, sunbathe and disconnect. Outside there is also a private swimming pool of 7x3m.
