Located in the rural part of Benissa is Calima, a haven of peace with views of the sea and the mountains. The property is located in the characteristic part of Pinos, nestled literally in the middle of the mountain, surrounded by Mediterranean nature where you can only breathe fresh air and the only sound is the song of the birds. Calima will be the ideal place to spend a few days of rest and relaxation away from the madding crowd. If, on the other hand, we want to do some tourism and discover the area, in less than 30 minutes by car you will be able to enjoy the spectacular old town, the coves of Benissa or the varied gastronomic and cultural offer that Calpe offers us. Calima is built in a traditional way in dry stone and is distributed on one floor with a charming loft. Likewise, it has an eclectic decoration that adapts to the environment that surrounds it and that harmoniously combines comfort and tranquility. Upon entering the house we are greeted by a cozy and bright living-dining room with a fireplace that will delight our guests on the coldest days. If we continue inside we find a charming fully equipped kitchen and rustic wooden stairs that lead to the loft, which has three single beds and a large television: the perfect room if we travel with children. Also from the living-dining room we also go to the rest area, where we have two warm rooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The outer part of Calima offers us a large gravel area dominated by two beautiful olive trees with shade for vehicles. Calima brims with very pleasant corners that make it a special residence. We can highlight stone outdoor furniture with matching benches under sail awnings to protect us from the sun, designed to be the ideal place to read or have a glass of wine contemplating the spectacular views in absolute silence. We can spend refreshing days in the private pool, resting and sunbathing on the loungers with stunning views of nature, the Sierra Bèrnia, Oltà, the Peñón de Ifach and the sea in the distance. Rest and peace at the highest level from the hand of Calima.
