To rent in Benissa in Costa Blanca this villa with private pool and sea view located in a very quiet area. It welcomes us with charming panoramic views and sea views. It is only a 5 minute drive to El Advocat beach with a beach bar during the summer months. Other beautiful coves are found along the coast and are essential to visit, as well as the ecological promenade that connects many of them. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found between 3 and 4 km. This villa on the Costa Blanca is located halfway between Moraira and Calpe, tourist places known all over the world for their beautiful beaches and landscapes to visit. Villa Carmen is on one level and has closed parking for 2 cars, from where a few steps lead to a small terrace with bar next to the private swimming pool with sun loungers and a covered barbecue area. Through the terrace, we enter the living/dining room with Sat+TV+ air conditioning and the large fully equipped open kitchen. There are two queen bedrooms with air conditioning and a full bathroom. Behind the house we find a small terrace and a garden.
