To rent in Blanes in Costa Brava this villa with private pool and small sea view located in the Mas Guelo urbanization, less than 3 km from the beach. The house has a maximum capacity of 10 people, with 5 double bedrooms. The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the upper floor, there are 3 double bedrooms: one with a double bed (suite with bathtub), and the other two with 2 single beds in each. Another full bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is a spacious living room (TV) with direct access to the outdoor area. A fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave) and two double bedrooms: one with a double bed (suite with bathtub) and the other with 2 single beds. Another bathroom with shower. The outdoor area has a private swimming pool (8x4), barbecue and large furnished terraces where you can enjoy the sun. The garage can accommodate up to 4 cars and has direct access from the house. Optional heating (supplement if used €100/week). Pets not accepted. Groups of young people not accepted. The house is only rented to families.
