The stunning beaches of Alcudia, Can Picafort and Port de Pollença are between 15 - 25 minute drive away.



Spread over 200 m² with views to the sea and mountains and a private swimming pool, the property is the perfect place to relax in a truly blissful setting.



The house has 4 bedrooms sleeping 6 comprising of two double rooms, one twin room and one single. There is also a cot available if needed. There are two toilets, a large family kitchen, lounge area, play room, laundry room, large roof terrace, garden and an additional kitchen located next to the swimming pool area for BBQs or meals by the pool. In addition the house is fenced to the left and right of the property to maintain privacy in the outside space.
