The villa consists of a single floor, inside it is distributed with 3 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning (one of them with a double bed and two of them with single beds), one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a bathroom with a bathtub.

It has a spacious independent kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob etc. From the kitchen, access is gained to an interior patio that provides plenty of natural light to the entrance hall and gives access to the laundry room. The kitchen has a dining area with a built-in bench and table.
Spacious living area with large sofa, Smart TV, free wifi and large window with access to the terrace. Additionally, on its exterior it has a large garden and private swimming pool, spacious terraces and a built-in barbecue with pergola, in this outdoor area there is a toilet with WC and washbasin.
