Spacious apartment  with sea views in a very quiet community in Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava, only 750 metres to the beach and the centre of town. The community is fabulous with large gardens, swimming pool and tennis court. The apartment has a spacious living room with access to a large terrace with sea views, kitchen with utility room, 3 double bedrooms (one of them ensuite with sea views), 1 single bedroom, as well as 2 bathrooms. Suitable for 7 people. The center and beaches can be reached in about 14 minutes by foot. Parking space available. Community with WIFI. We are not responsible neither for its speed nor for the good operation of the service. We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Compte tenu de cette exception, nous ne pouvons garantir l'état des jardins. Les piscines pourront être entretenues, ainsi que les plantes et arbustes, mais avec des horaires d'arrosage limités. Par conséquent, les jardins ne seront probablement pas aussi verts et jolis qu'ils le sont habituellement.Mais tout cela n'est que suppositions et il faudra être attentif aux changements climatologiques.
