Beautiful semi-detached house with beautiful sea views in "El Golfet", in Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava. The area is quiet and the house is part of a community of only a few houses that share a garden and a pool. Located 650 m from the beach of El Golfet and 1200 m from the centre of Calella de Palafrugell. Capacity for 8 occupants. Distributed over two floors. The ground floor consists of a living-dining room with fireplace and access to the porch and private garden with beautiful sea views, a fully renovated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The first floor consists of a double bedroom en suite with a balcony with spectacular sea views, another double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. It also has a full bathroom with bath. It has a parking space for one car in a community garage. There is a ramp to access the entrance of the house by car, but it can only be used momentarily to unload. Renovations are underway in the house (kitchen renovation, painting and furniture) and soon we will publish more photos. We remind you that sheets and towels are not included in the price, they can be rented for a supplement of 10€ per person for sheets and 10€ per person for towels. Compte tenu de cette exception, nous ne pouvons garantir l'état des jardins. Les piscines pourront être entretenues, ainsi que les plantes et arbustes, mais avec des horaires d'arrosage limités. Par conséquent, les jardins ne seront probablement pas aussi verts et jolis qu'ils le sont habituellement.Mais tout cela n'est que suppositions et il faudra être attentif aux changements climatologiques.
