Apartment on a first floor without a lift with a terrace with sea views. Living room with sofa bed for 1 person (115x180cm), TV and direct access to the terrace.

Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, gas hobs, fridge, washing machine and microwave.

The main bedroom has 1 double bed (135x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (80x180cm).

A bathroom with a bathtub.

Communal external parking for one car included in the price.

Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.

Ideal apartment for families, no bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
