Villa for 14 persons with private pool in Urb Parc de la Cometa - Calpe, (Costa Blanca). Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 14 people, with six bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed on two floors. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and central heating. FIRST FLOOR: This spacious villa is divided as follows; it has a large living room with SAT/TDT TV, access to a terrace leading to the outside of the house and to the garden. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with two single beds (90x1.90) and the third bedroom with a double bed (1.60x1.90), an en suite bathroom with bathtub. There is also a bathroom with shower. On the GROUND FLOOR: It is accessed by interior and exterior stairs. We find a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, it has a porch/terrace to have breakfast outdoors and be close to the pool and barbecue. This floor consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom with two single beds (90x1.90), second bedroom for 4 persons with a double bed (1.35x1.90) and two single beds (90x1.90). The last bedroom has a double bed (1.60x1.90). There is also a bathroom with shower. OUTSIDE: Large plot with beautiful views, an 8x4 swimming pool with a minimum depth of 1 m and a maximum depth of 2 m, with Roman steps and an outside shower. There is a covered terrace with gas barbecue where you can enjoy good meals. There is parking on the plot for 2/3 cars. LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "El Tossal de la Cometa", due to the tranquility of the area and its proximity to the beaches and all services.
