Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two floors. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. INTERNA: This spacious villa is composed of the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a living-dining room with SAT / DTT TV and access to the covered terrace as well as the pool. A separate fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. One bedroom with two single beds. Two bedrooms with a double bed each and one of them with a bathroom with bathtub en suite. Finally there is a bathroom with a shower. The UPPER FLOOR has a bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub and shower en suite. It also has access to a small balcony. EXTERNAL: Large terrace with an 8X4 pool with Roman steps, outdoor shower and a toilet. It also has a portable barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles on the same plot. LOCATION: This villa is located in a very quiet urbanization just 1.2 km from the nearest sandy beach as well as restaurants and a supermarket. At 2.5 km you will find La fossa beach together with all its restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The center of Calpe is 4 km away. OBSERVATIONS: Free Wifi.
