The villa sleeps up to 6 people with 2-3 double bedrooms, air conditioning and a large private swimming pool, close to the beach in Calpe (Costa Blanca). INTERIOR : This spacious house has 2 floors, only the ground floor is rented which is at the level of the pool and the barbecue area. The FIRST FLOOR is CLOSED and is not occupied during the rentals. GROUND FLOOR is divided into 2 spaces, each with its own entrance. The Villa has air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms. The main part has a large living/dining room equipped with air conditioning, an open plan kitchen with ceramic hob fully equipped (coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher...), 1 bedroom open on the living room, 1 double bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. With a separate entrance, you will find a third bedroom with a bathroom with shower.
