To rent in Calpe in Costa Blanca this superb apartment with shared pool sea view and close to the beach. This is a small furnished apartment which enjoys a central location next to Levante beach and its promenade, Edificio Paraiso Mar, just 5 minutes from the center of Calpe in the heart of the Costa Blanca. The apartment also enjoys a splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea where you can admire the famous Peñón de Ifach. This apartment in Calpe is located on the ninth floor, which you will reach by an elevator. You enter into a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room is furnished with a dining table, a sofa TV + SAT and air conditioning. There is a large glazed balcony with terrace furniture and lovely views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. The apartment faces south and therefore has sun until late in the afternoon. We find a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. There is a community pool for the whole building. It does not have a parking space.
