Description of the accommodation

Maryvilla is a beautiful semi detached house of recent construction, in Montesol Urbanization of Calpe, with spectacular views to the see and Calpe's famous Rock Peñon de Ifach, at 75 km distance of Alicante's airport and just 1 kilometer distance from Puerto Blanco beach. Thanks to its location, travelers will enjoy all the services and a wide range of leisure activities. The cities of Altea, Benissa and Moraira are just few minutes driving and therefore is very easy to visit them as well. The house is made up of several floors. On the main floor we find a spacious living-dining room equipped with satellite TV, sofa bed, armchairs and coffee table and also, a dining table with capacity for six people, an open kitchen, with a breakfast bar, equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking during your stay, there is also a toilet, a storage room equipped with a boiler and washing machine and finally a large terrace with outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue, a gas stove and an awning. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms: two of them with double beds, bedside tables and wardrobes and the other one with two single beds. This floor has two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). If we go up one more floor we find a large terrace with outdoor loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Maryvilla has central air conditioning, wifi and alarm for your security. Travellers will have access to two communal swimming pools within the urbanization where they can swim and enjoy sunbathing.
