Description of the accommodation

To rent in Calpe in Costa Blanca this pleasant villa with private pool nestled in the Parc de la Cometa area, just 6 minutes from La Fossa beach. This house is a mix of rustic and Mediterranean style, spread over two floors but we will only have access to the TOP FLOOR. The villa is accessed by going up a staircase from the garden, which gives access to an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs for all the guests. Entering the establishment, we find on our right a dining room that can accommodate all the guests and a living room surrounded by large windows and composed of an armchair and a three-seater sofa with a television. Back in the hallway, to our left is the fully equipped independent kitchen with all the necessary items to prepare perfect meals. Further on are the two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. We will also have at our disposal a bathroom with shower and WC. On entering the property we have access to a large space to park several vehicles. The garden of the villa surrounds the house, so it offers us a lot of space to enjoy and play with family or friends. The swimming pool is surrounded by several deckchairs to enjoy the good weather and sunbathe. A large terrace equipped with a table and several chairs to share meals are at our disposal at the pool level under a parasol. In the glazed terrace on the upper floor we will find two armchairs and a sofa, an idyllic place to enjoy the sunsets.
