With an area of 200 m², the house offers spacious interior and exterior spaces designed for relaxation and coexistence.

It features a large dining room with air conditioning, perfect for relaxing or sharing meals with family, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchenware.

The rest area consists of four bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: bunk bed

Bedroom 4: bunk bed

It also has three bathrooms (two with bathtubs and one with a shower), ensuring comfort and functionality for all guests.

Outside, you will be able to enjoy a furnished terrace with a barbecue and access to a communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in summer and enjoying the good Mediterranean climate.
