Take a refreshing dip in the private 6 x 4 m chlorinated swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.60 m, or simply unwind on one of the ten comfortable sun loungers. The spacious terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying the natural setting, while the fully equipped porch invites you to spend unforgettable evenings with family and friends. For lovers of outdoor cooking, a splendid traditional Mallorcan barbecue is also at your disposal.

The interior of the house is spread over two floors and offers generous, well-designed spaces that combine comfort and functionality. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with TV, a dining area and a separate kitchen fitted with gas hobs and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. This level also features two bedrooms with twin beds, one of which is arranged as a double, both thoughtfully designed for rest and equipped with wardrobes. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds, all with wardrobes and air conditioning. The house offers three full bathrooms with shower and bidet, distributed across both floors. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot is available for guests travelling with babies.

The house is located on the outskirts of Campanet, a charming and peaceful village in the north of Mallorca, surrounded by nature, vineyards and the impressive silhouette of the Serra de Tramuntana. This is the perfect setting for those seeking tranquillity, rural landscapes and authentic Mallorcan character. Nearby, you can visit the Coves de Campanet, renowned for their striking natural formations, or the Fonts Ufanes nature reserve, famous for its spectacular water springs after heavy rainfall. The historic town of Alcúdia and beautiful sandy beaches such as Playa de Muro, ideal for families, are just a 15–20 minute drive away. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Golf Alcanada, with its stunning sea views, while the surrounding area is also ideal for hiking, cycling and discovering the local gastronomy in nearby towns such as Pollença or Inca.
