Additionally, we must highlight that the house has centralised air conditioning throughout.

The apartment is ideally located in the beach area of Palma city, just steps from the beach, a very long white sandy beach with a pleasant seafront promenade, ideal for walks and sports (also with cycle lane) and where you will find the first restaurants and attractive terrace bars. Just 10 minutes by car from the old town, the cathedral and the Mar Park.
