The house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary, a spacious living-dining room with plenty of light thanks to the large windows that overlook the fabulous terrace.

It has two bathrooms with shower and three very bright bedrooms:

-3: Bedroom with two single beds.

The house is located in Playa de Muro, a quiet area by the sea but at the same time very well connected, by car it is located just 5 minutes from Alcúdia and Ca'n Picafort, where you can find a great variety of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... And the beautiful white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. It is a perfect place to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.

Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

-If the reservation is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance, nevertheless, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
