Enjoy a perfect getaway in this cosy holiday home for 3 people, located in a quiet residential area of Candelaria, in the southeast of Tenerife.

The property has a sunny terrace ideal for enjoying Tenerife's privileged climate. Its small but charming private pool (2 x 2 m, 1.2 m deep) is perfect for cooling off at any time of the day. In addition, it has 2 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, creating a relaxation corner where sun and calm are the protagonists.

The interior is designed to offer comfort and style. A spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen provides everything necessary for a pleasant stay, such as a kitchen equipped with a microwave, L'Or coffee machine, utensils and complete crockery. In the living area, we offer a flat-screen television with satellite channels in German, English and French, as well as free WiFi and air conditioning in the lounge.

The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

The property is located in a quiet and residential area, just 3.8 km from Candelaria Beach. Within a radius of 2 to 5 km, you will find supermarkets, restaurants and all necessary services. It is recommended to have a car to move comfortably around the area. Candelaria is a picturesque coastal municipality famous for its Basilica of the Virgin of Candelaria, patron saint of the Canary Islands, and its seafront promenade full of history and local charm. Very nearby, the Güímar Valley offers natural routes, wineries and the unique Ethnographic Park Pyramids of Güímar, an ideal place for culture and nature lovers.
