The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower tray, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with TV, internet, dining table, 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a large balcony with sea view and laundry room. It is located in a private condominium that provides garage, elevator, access to gardens and shared swimming pool.

Located 500 m from Reis Magos Beach with access to a promenade where you can enjoy a pleasant walk with panoramic views over the sea where you will find several restaurants and bars. Here you can find various water activities from diving, stand up paddle, snorkelling or just enjoy the best that Madeira has to offer, good weather!

The Caniço de Baixo area is a sunny area 10 minutes from the city of Funchal, capital of Madeira Island and 10 minutes from Madeira Island airport.
