Cleaning costs (includes bathroom and pool towels and sheets):
Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: 443 €.
2 weeks: Mid‑stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): 100 € + Final cleaning: 443 €.
3 weeks: Two mid‑stay cleanings: 100 € each + Final cleaning: 443 €.

Tourist tax:
1 € per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of stay.

Additional supplement:
More than 8 guests up to a maximum of 12 guests:
20€/person/night if it’s a weekly stay
28€/person/night if it’s a 3‑ to 6‑night stay
More than 12 guests up to a maximum of 18 guests:
30€/person/night if it’s a weekly stay
