This chalet for 6 people has terrace and private pool. It's located about 500 meters from the beach of Sa Colonia de Sant Pere, a nice residential area on the northeast coast of Mallorca.



The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the pool, the other two bedrooms has another balcony with a nice view outside.



The villa stands out for its large terrace, the beautiful swimming pool, a barbecue, a zone of hammocks, a porch with garden furniture and a small garden area is located.



Sa Colonia de Sant Pere offers amusement area coast (water sports, fishing, restaurants ...) with the tranquility of a residential area near the sea.
