Casa Atlantida is located 15 minutes walking from the centre of Costa Teguise, within a very quiet residential area. Near the property, you will find a supermarket, a children's park and a café.

From the balcony of Casa Atlántida, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful view over the garden, decorated with trees and cacti typical of the island of Lanzarote. Imagine preparing your breakfast in the house's kitchen - fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, utensils, vitroceramic hob and oven - and enjoying them outdoors, savouring the view and the tranquillity that can be felt in the complex.

The house has a double room with a double bed and a fan (sheets and 2 towels per person are provided), a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, safe, a spacious living room with Smart TV, sofa and dining area. WiFi with fibre is available throughout the house.

To access the dwelling, one must climb two flights of stairs, as the house is located on the second floor of the complex.
