This imposing villa in the Montgó area has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people.
From its spacious terraces and beautiful garden, the views of the city and Denia bay are unbeatable.
The house has a private pool, as well as a large garden with various types of plants and lawn.
Upon entering, we find the living room/dining room and American kitchen. The house has WiFi, TV, Air conditioning, and all kinds of amenities to enjoy pleasant holidays.
The American kitchen includes: induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.
On this same floor, we find one of the en-suite bedrooms, which has two 90cm beds placed together forming a 180cm bed.
Going up the stairs, there is another en-suite bedroom (also with two 90cm beds placed together), as well as a spacious dressing area and a large terrace with spectacular views.
Just at the entrance of the house are the stairs that will take us to the ground floor, where the laundry room is located, as well as the two individual bedrooms. Both have two 90cm beds each and are connected by a shared dressing room and bathroom with shower.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
