Spacious and comfortable villa in El Arenal, located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from the liveliest leisure area of El Arenal. Nearby you’ll find beaches, the seafront promenade, restaurants, bars and everything you need to enjoy the atmosphere without giving up peace and quiet.

Outside, the villa offers a large swimming pool with garden, sun loungers to relax in the sun, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying time together.

Inside, the house features a large and bright living room with fireplace and a comfortable seating area to relax, watch TV or read. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area and is perfect for longer stays.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. If you are travelling with bicycles, the property also offers a fully equipped mechanical workshop for bike maintenance and tuning.

All reservations include free water consumption, €50 of electricity consumption per booking and, during the winter season and if the property is equipped with it, €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by guests. Additional consumption is charged at €0.35/kWh.

The house has air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom. Fans will be provided for bedrooms without air conditioning. The property also has heating.

The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years old are exempt.

Bed linen, one set of bath towels and beach towels per guest are provided.

Please note that this villa is located in a residential area and guests are required to respect the neighbours’ rest. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
