Home Select International has this rental house and is located on the Freser
canal in Empuriabrava.
Upon entering the spacious plot of this villa, we find a driveway where you
can park the car, with a garage with a washing machine and an extra fridge.
Through the right side of the house you come to the canal side where the
entrance of this single storey villa [hidden] this side of the villa is a spacious
garden that is partly tiled and partly with grass, a swimming pool of 5 x 8.5
m, outside shower, waterfront terrace and a mooring of 17 meters.
At the house is a spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy your drink in a
sheltered atmosphere. The outdoor furniture consists of a dining table with
chairs, 4 sun beds and a small lounge set to enjoy the view on the waterfront.
Upon entering the house we enter the living room, where there are two
comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a TV with German and Dutch channels. In
addition, there is a fireplace. To the right of the living room is the open
kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and
juicer. In the dining room there is a round table with 6 chairs. To the right
of the dining room is a bedroom en suite with a double bed (180 x 200), air
conditioning, large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with a night light and
then a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and a [hidden] the other side
of the living room there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom with toilet,
walk-in shower and sink in between. The right bedroom has 2 single beds (90
x200), large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with a lamp and air conditioning.
In the left bedroom, with air conditioning, is a large double bed (180 x 200),
fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with a lamp. Pillows and comforters are
provided in all bedrooms.Youth groups are not accepted.Extras: WIFI, barbecue.
Bed linen not included in the price, you can rent it for €15/person (sheets) or
€25/person (sheets + towels). Groups of young people are not accepted.Small dog
accepted (supplement 50 €)
