It is located in a condominium with a garden and swimming pool, situated right in front of the pedestrian walkway that goes from the centre of Ericeira to Foz do Lizandro Beach. In this way, and if you wish, you can spend your holidays without needing to use a car, only moving on foot or by bicycle to the beach or to the centre of Ericeira. The nearest sandy beaches to the condominium are Sul beach, which is 1km away, and Foz do Lizandro beach, which is 1.5km away.
