Outside, this accommodation has several living areas:- On the front side of the house, there is a terrace with a barbecue and dining area that has direct access to the kitchen.- At the back, and connected to the living room, there is another terrace also with a dining area.- On the upper floor of the house, there is a huge terrace with a magnificent sea view and which is equipped with outdoor furniture. Ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. Located 750 m from S. Sebastião Beach and supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month.
