The property features a cosy living room with a sitting and dining area, designed for relaxation, with direct access to a spacious private terrace, fully equipped with outdoor furniture. This space is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, organising meals in the sun, or relaxing while taking in the natural surroundings.

The American kitchen, modern and fully equipped, features a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, complete crockery and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable and functional stay.

The apartment has two bedrooms, carefully conditioned and equipped with air conditioning, designed to ensure maximum comfort. The total capacity of the accommodation is up to 4 people.
