GROUND FLOOR - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135 x 200 cm) - 1 bedroom with 1 daybed (closed 90 cm - open 160 x 200 cm), no exterior window but a skylight that does not open - a study area for working - a bathroom with a shower screen. UPPER FLOOR - a living area with a sofa, television, and a dining table for 4 people - the fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with direct views of the Albaicín and the Alhambra. It has an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. - A private terrace of 33.37 m² with outdoor furniture and views to enjoy the outdoors. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Parties are not allowed.
