About this SpaceThis charming and picturesque 64m2 apartment is located in the center of Granada, on a pedestrian street, just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Alhambra. You can enjoy our wonderful city on foot, as the Granada Cathedral, the Nasrid Palaces, the Generalife, and the Palace of Charles V are all less than 30 minutes from the apartment.
You cannot drive directly to the apartment, but you can park in one of the nearby parking garages.
As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living area with a sofa, dining table, and television - the kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with modern appliances (no oven) - a bedroom with a double bed (135x190 cm) - a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) - a bathroom with a shower. In a building without an elevator, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Please also note that to reach the building, you must go up a small slope with short stairs for approximately 20 meters. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed and oriented to provide the best possible stay for guests. Parties are not allowed.
If you are arriving after Check-in is at 8:00 PM. Please read the house rules carefully so we can get organized. :) Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975: For legal reasons, we need the identification details of all travelers over 14 years of age. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival. Failure to provide the requested information before arrival will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
