Stone house rehabilitated with great charm situated in an idyllic setting with abundant vegetation. The estate, 7000 m2 and exclusively for guests, offers privacy and is perfect for disconnecting in contact with nature. It is located just 2 km from the town of LlubĂ, which has supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacy; just 15 km from the town are the beautiful beaches of Muro and Can Picafort.
The Space
The house has been rehabilitated preserving the typical Mallorcan character and providing all comforts. It has ceiling fans in all rooms (no air conditioning) and underfloor heating powered by a wood stove.
The 90m2 built are distributed over 2 floors: the ground floor of 75m2 with a large open space housing living room, kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with a Queen bed (160x200), a bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and trundle bed (90x200) and a bathroom with shower.
In the attic is another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The house is ideal for up to 5 adults, but can accommodate up to 6 guests if there are children.
Outside, the environment has been preserved as natural as possible, as the estate is located in a protected area. It has a pool of 8.70x4.70 M and 1.46 depth. It also has a terrace with pergola and garden in the shade of lush trees.
Services and Common Areas
Included in the price are water, electricity, butane, firewood, tourist tax, bed linen and towels.
Upon request, a cot and high chair for children can be provided at no additional cost.
Other Noteworthy Aspects
The electrical energy of the estate comes from solar panels. We ask guests for responsible consumption and to follow the usage instructions that will be provided, in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
