This charming farmhouse is located in Inca, on the outskirts of the city, offering a perfect idyllic setting for families of up to 4 people.
Inca, accessible on foot or by bicycle, offers a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and the famous weekly market on Thursdays. In November, you can enjoy the patron saint festivities with numerous festive and cultural celebrations. The location is also ideal for excursions to the mountain, Lluc monastery, Sa Calobra, Valldemossa or Puig de Santa Magdalena. If you are looking to enjoy the coast, in just half an hour by car you will reach paradisiacal beaches such as Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.
The house has a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 metres, with a depth varying between 1 and 1.8 metres. Additionally, you can enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower and relax on the sunny terrace equipped with tables, chairs and four sunbeds. For outdoor meals, there is a cosy picnic area with a fixed wood-fired barbecue and a porch with a dining area. There is also parking space for up to three cars.
Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a comfortable living-dining room and integrated kitchen. Natural stone walls add a charming touch to the atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of utensils, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and filter coffee machine. The space has fast WiFi, ideal for those who need to work during their stay. There is also a satellite television, a collection of books, and board games for entertainment. The house has two cosy bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with wardrobe and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. The 2 full bathrooms have a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer. Additionally, the possibility of adding an extra bed is offered upon request. For families with small children, a cot and high chair are provided, as well as practical services such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The house is full of charming details that tell the story of the owner, who worked as a shoemaker. You will be able to observe ancient elements such as a washing table, old photographs and an old typewriter. The property offers an atmosphere of tranquillity, and the company of a dog up to 6 kg is permitted without additional cost.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
