can be on the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit in 250 steps, where you can
do various activities such as kite surfing, kayaking, boating, or where you can
just take a refreshing dip in the clear water! This spacious holiday flat is
located in the centre of the cosy seaside resort of L'Estartit and has the
shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance. You can therefore leave
your car in the private parking area! Montgo 12 is on the ground floor and
features a cosy living room with dining area, TV and sliding doors to the
terrace, kitchen with ceramic hob and fridge/freezer, utility room with washing
machine, bathroom with toilet and shower and an extra toilet. Furthermore,
there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have access to the terrace. In short:
